According to all of our wedding-related websites, our big day is 127 days away. That sounds manageable at the moment, but I know the second it drops into the double digits, I’m going to have a meltdown! I think things are under control, but I’m scared that I’m forgetting something – it’s too calm right now!
On to things that I’m much more sure about – jeans. Many times, coated jeans are rough and unflattering, not molding well around curves. These coated skinnies were super comfortable and fun to wear. They were soft and fit nicely. During our Charleston Blogger trip, we had a blogger tour and we got to borrow clothes from a local boutique for the day! I took the chance to try out a denim company I hadn’t previously owned. These are by DL1961 and if these skinnies are any indication, I’ll be falling in love with that brand shortly!
It was a fun-filled day. We started with getting our makeup done at Pink Dot Beauty Bar (seriously the cutest decor ever) which specializes in organic, natural beauty products. Talk about a fun treat! Then we headed off to Luna Boutique to pick out our outfits for the day (see all the details below). She had so many denim options, I was in heaven! Dressed in some stylish digs, we went out for a photo shoot with Terrence Edwards. These photos were snapped atop The Vendue. Following the chic shoot, we swapped our heels for walking shoes and ate our way through town on the Charleston Culinary Tour (see my review here). By the end of our last stop, we’d satisfied our sartorial desires and foodie cravings. We needed a nap! It certainly was a day of fun!
