Since getting back from our European travels, I haven’t had much energy to get fully ready. Part of it is the limited wardrobe (more below). And part of it is just that getting ready with hair and makeup every single day for three weeks kind of took the shine off it all. I’m happy to say that I took some deserved time off from looking pulled together. And now I’m back to getting ready occasionally (I wouldn’t want to overdo it)! This maternity wrap dress outfit fits all my needs of being comfortable while also effortlessly stylish…
Maternity Wrap Dress Outfit
Since discovering Isabella Oliver from a friend on Instagram, I’ve loved each of the pieces I’ve tried. They’re incredibly well made and surprisingly comfortable given how tailored they all seem to be. I love that this polka dot dress hits my knees and it isn’t too low in the front!
Since my maternity wardrobe is fairly limited (by choice), you’d expect that I’m tired of wearing the same things over and over again. But I’m not. The great thing about all these one piece outfits is that I’m turning to my accessories more than I have in quite some time. My hats are starting to get more wear. I’m wearing more of my pieces of jewelry. And I’m rediscovering accessories in my closet.
All these maternity accessories are making me feel quite stylish. And while the days of wearing my rings may be limited for a few weeks, I’m still enjoying “playing dress up!” My straw purse has been a go to and my straw hats (loving this big floppy one) are such an easy way to lighten up an ensemble for spring!
