Peanut Butter & Honey

Have you ever made your own nut butters? It's actually very easy and fun! Blending the nut butter yourself lets you pick how crunchy or smooth you like and you can add in your own flavors to make it even more delicious!

Ingredients

HONEY PEANUT BUTTER

  • cups unsalted peanuts
  • tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  • Blend peanuts in food processor until creamy. Add oil and salt. When fully mixed together, add honey and pulse a few times to combine.
  • Peanut butter will harden if honey is added too early or mixed too much. Only add at the end. Can be stored at room temperature for one week or refrigerated for one month.
