Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray one large bread loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Combine flours, seasoning, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. Add buttermilk and syrup. Mix thoroughly.
Pour batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle top with everything seasoning.
Bake 35-40 minutes until top is firm.
Let bread come to room temperature. Wrap in foil and place in freezer bag. Freeze for at least two hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove bread from freezer and foil. Let sit ten minutes to thaw slightly.
Using a serrated knife, cut as thin of slices of bread as possible. Try to cut slices uniformly. Place slices on ungreased pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until crackers are golden brown and corners start to crisp. Let cool before breaking in half.
Crackers can be stored up to five days in airtight container or bag.
