FIG + BERRY FRUIT BURRATA TOASTS
I'm a fan of any crostini, tartine, or toast with fresh cheese and delicious fruit or veggies. This fig and burrata toast is impossibly easy and so beautiful - it's the perfect dish to serve guests and it comes together in no time!

2 slices hearty bread e.g. sourdough 4 oz. burrata cheese 2 medium figs sliced 20 raspberries 2 teaspoons maple syrup finishing salt optional
Toast bread until golden brown.
Meanwhile, carefully mix fig slices, berries, and syrup.
Divide cheese between toasts. Top with fruit mixture. Can top with fresh mint and/or finishing salt.
