YOGURT AND OATMEAL {OVERNIGHT OATS}
This delicious overnight oats with yogurt recipe is great any time of year. Make it up for one or make individual servings for a crowd!

- 2 dried figs chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped unsweetened dates
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch each of ground allspice, clove, nutmeg, and fine sea salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped raw walnuts
Add all ingredients except the walnuts to a pint jar with a lid. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove the lid, stir, and top will walnuts just before serving.
