Stir together all ingredients. Place the butter on a sheet of plastic wrap that has been placed on a small baking sheet. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, until it is firm enough to shape.
Wrap in the plastic wrap and roll into a log, twisting to seal each end. Place it back in the fridge and you can continue to check it every 10 minutes or so to form and roll in a log as it continues to set.
Once it’s completely set, about 2 hours, unwrap and slice to serve.
