STRAWBERRY SALSA

Enjoy the fruits of summer with this strawberry salsa. Mixed with familiar dip flavors of onion, lime, and cilantro, this berry salsa will be a fun twist on the classic chips and dip setup. Not to mention, it comes together quickly - great for a last minute starter.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries stems removed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped cilantro
  • 2 green onions white and green portion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeno pepper
  • Juice of one lime about 2 tablespoons
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • Blue corn chips for serving

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir well.
  • Let rest in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
