A delicious cocktail that screams fall and winter, this pear martini combines the wonderful subtlety and natural sweetness of the cold season fruit with martini ingredients. This will be a favorite drink on first sip!
Add the vodka, pear juice, and pear brandy to a cocktail mixing glass. Add a handful of ice. Stir for about 20 seconds, until chilled.
Strain the drink into a martini glass.
Roll up two slices of pear to create a flower-like garnish and secure with a toothpick. Set on the glass and serve right away.
Notes
Any type of pear juice will work, but some may be cloudier than others. A pear nectar can be used, but it’s going to be a lot sweeter as those are sweetened.Save this recipe on Pinterest here!Make this recipe?
