YOGURT AND OATMEAL {OVERNIGHT OATS}

This delicious overnight oats with yogurt recipe is great any time of year. Make it up for one or make individual servings for a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 2 dried figs chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped unsweetened dates
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch each of ground allspice, clove, nutmeg, and fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped raw walnuts

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the walnuts to a pint jar with a lid. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Remove the lid, stir, and top will walnuts just before serving.
