Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 Tablespoons good olive oil
  • salt & freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Break off any tough ends of asparagus.Spread asparagus on baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt & pepper.Gently roll to mix.
  • Roast 20-25 minutes until tender.

Notes

NOTE: Thinner stalks will certainly roast faster than bigger ones, so keep an eye on them!
