Small Summer Fruit Platter

Fruit platters don't always have to be big productions. Enjoy this small fruit platter that's ideal for 2-3 people. Filled with easy to eat summer fruit, nuts, and a scrumptious coconut cream for dipping!

Ingredients

  • 10 to 15 cherries
  • 10 to 12 blackberries
  • 1 plum pitted and sliced
  • 1 white or yellow peach pitted and sliced
  • cup smoked almonds
  • ½ recipe for Cinnamon Coconut Cream

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the fruit. Arrange on a serving platter. Add the almonds.
  • Transfer the coconut cream to a bowl for dipping. Garnish with pieces of cherry.
