Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli cut into large florets
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & freshly cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Spread the broccoli onto a large, rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Mix and spread into a single layer.
