Pomegranate Lemonade

A fall and winter lemonade for everybody. Pomegranate juice adds a tart and delicious flavor to classic lemonade. Sweetened to taste and easily made into an adult beverage. Make one or make a pitcher for a party!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pomegranate juice chilled
  • 1 ½ cups water chilled
  • ¾ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ to ½ cup simple syrup
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 large lemon thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Stir together the pomegranate juice, water, lemon juice, and ¼ cup of simple syrup in a pitcher. Taste and add more simple syrup, if desired.
  • Reserve ¼ cup of the arils and 6 lemon slices for garnish. Add the remaining arils and lemons slices to the pitcher.
  • Serve over ice and garnish each glass with arils and lemon slices
