Ingredients

  • 2 bunches kale
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉.
  • Remove the stems from the kale and cut or tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Spread the kale pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Stir together the onion powder, garlic powder, dried basil, dried dill, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle the kale with half of the olive oil. Sprinkle on half of the dry seasoning. Stir the kale to coat it in oil and seasonings. Add the remaining oil and seasoning. Stir to coat again.
  • Arrange the leaves back into a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes. Carefully use tongs to move the kale around on the pan for even baking. Bake for 3 to 5 more minutes until all pieces are crisp. Cool and serve.
