- ¼ small watermelon chilled
- 24 oz. flavored sparkling water of choice chilled
- raspberries + mint leaves to garnish
Remove rind from watermelon and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Place watermelon into food processor or blender in batches. Blend until liquid.
Chill watermelon juice immediately if making ahead of time.*
Pour ¾ Cup watermelon juice into each serving glass. Top with ¾ cup flavored sparkling water.
Garnish with raspberries + mint leaves.
