  • 1 recipe vegan pea soup
  • top with good olive oil + fresh dill
  • ½ pounds Carrots Grilled w. Salt Pepper, + Dried Thyme {use this recipe for guide}
  • top with plain yogurt + fresh herbs
  • 1 pound Asparagus Grilled w. Salt Pepper, + Granulated Garlic {use this recipe for guide}
  • top with candied orange peel
  • 1 recipe watermelon basil salad
  • 1 baguette
  • Charcuterie Plate
  • 3 meats
  • 4 cheeses
  • hummus
  • crackers
  • dried apricots + papaya
  • fresh figs
  • grapes
  • mini tomatoes
  • Dessert for 6
  • 2 bottles of wine {plus more if desired}

Instructions

  • Pea soup, grilled carrots and asparagus can all be made the day before.
  • Assemble charcuterie and heirloom tomato & watermelon salad just before guests arrive!
  • Notes: You don't need matching plates and platters. Let the food decorate your space. Don't forget to enjoy yourself!
