Ingredients

  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence OR Italian seasoning
  • cup pumpkin butter
  • cup cranberry sauce
  • 24 cornbread crackers homemade or store bought
  • 1 cup dried figs or apricots

optional additions

  • prosciutto, salami, turkey
  • spicy mustard
  • toasted pecans

Instructions

  • Place goat cheese on board or platter. Sprinkle with dried herbs.
  • Arrange remaining items on board. Include spoons for cranberry sauce and pumpkin butter as well as a small knife for cheese.
