HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER
Homemade peanut butter is very easy to make. You have control over the ingredients and you can have that fresh flavor - whenever you want!

- 1½ cups dry roasted peanuts salted or unsalted
- salt
Blend peanuts in food processor until just before creamy (or desired consistency). Scrape down sides and mix.
Taste. If you want to add salt, start with ¼ teaspoon at a time. Pulse to combine. If you don't want to add salt, pulse to desired consistency.
Can be stored at room temperature for one week or refrigerated for one month.
