Healthy St. Patrick’s Day Recipes

Healthy Green Recipes for St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick’s Day is next week. I always love being festive for holidays but try not to splurge too much or spend too much energy. These healthy St. Patrick’s Day recipes are all naturally green and naturally delicious!

There are so many green fruits and vegetables that you can really get inventive or use a standby recipe to stay on theme without much effort.

I’ve included all of my seasonal recipes that contain naturally green produce, including broccoli, kiwis, kale, spinach, fresh herbs, avocados, and more!

I’m in a debate between brussel sprouts and green beans and then soup or pasta for dinner next week. No matter which way I go, however, dinner will be healthy and I can enjoy a festive dessert!

Pea Pasta Sauce

Pea Pesto

I actually have a couple takes on this pea pesto. The first is this pea pesto pasta sauce that’s DELICIOUS and a fun, festive way to have some green for dinner atop your pasta of choice!

The second is this pea pesto green dip that’s wonderfully light and bright (and a fabulous switch up from traditionally heavier winter vegetables).

And not a sauce, but this vegan pea soup is vibrant green, so healthy, delicious, and easily made ahead of time! Can be served as a main dish or a starter.

Both are made with fresh or frozen peas are are two of the best healthy St. Patrick’s Day recipes in my opinion!
