St. Patrick’s Day is next week. I always love being festive for holidays but try not to splurge too much or spend too much energy. These healthy St. Patrick’s Day recipes are all naturally green and naturally delicious!
There are so many green fruits and vegetables that you can really get inventive or use a standby recipe to stay on theme without much effort.
I’ve included all of my seasonal recipes that contain naturally green produce, including broccoli, kiwis, kale, spinach, fresh herbs, avocados, and more!
I’m in a debate between brussel sprouts and green beans and then soup or pasta for dinner next week. No matter which way I go, however, dinner will be healthy and I can enjoy a festive dessert!

A fun mocktail for everyone, this elegantly green drink is a fun and easy drink option for kids and adults alike!

These zucchini quesadillas aren’t totally in season, but the idea of using a green, spinach tortilla is a fabulous way to get some green into any meal or dish!
Broccoli Recipes
If you love broccoli (or just have a fair bit on your hands), you’ll also want to try this broccoli potato soup (vegan), this roasted grape and broccoli salad, our go to prosciutto broccoli floret appetizer, this cashew, broccoli pasta (vegan) and our healthy sesame chicken with broccoli.
This may be my favorite recipe of all time. The flavors blend so wonderful. It’s good warm or cold. And we’ve even experimented with mixing the leftovers into a egg soufflé type dish. It is delicious!!

Hands down my favorite recipe of mine. This is the perfect easy weeknight meal! Add a protein of choice or just enjoy as is – the perfect healthy green recipe for next week and all year!
This delicious cold asparagus appetizer is a winning recipe to keep on hand year round. The white bean spread, fresh baguette slices, and fresh rosemary merry beautifully in this asparagus crostini for the perfect flavor combination!
