It’s probably no surprise, but I’m completely obsessed with these lace jogger pants. From wearing them with a plaid blazer to my black leather jacket, they’re perfect for work meetings and a comfortable date night (that looks anything but). And you know I’m down for a leather jacket work outfit fit for the office!

Gone are the days of leather jackets only being for casual gatherings. In fact, I find a leather jacket adds a bit of polish most outerwear these days doesn’t.

Black and tan are obvious choices for leather jackets and they’re perfect for my wardrobe as well. Once you learn how to find your style, you’ll find it so much easier to know exactly what to add to your wardrobe.

Since my leather jacket is edgier, the rest of my outfit is on the more tailored, traditional side (but not entirely). I love these elevated joggers and the black piping of the white button down is always a fun ‘pop.’

If your workplace is more casual, you can certainly wear a leather jacket atop a white shirt with khaki pants ensemble. Any combination of white, black, and tan always looks great.

How to Wear a Leather Jacket

My favorite way to wear my leather jacket is draped over my shoulders. This leather jacket runs small, so I like having my arms available for whatever I need them for – typing, shaking hands, or holding everything and balancing my coffee.

You can absolutely wear your leather jacket in the traditional way with your work outfit – just play around with it.
